clickspace. provides paid media management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and related marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the service agreement signed between clickspace. and the client.
Management fees are billed in advance per the executed agreement. Ad spend is paid directly to the respective ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and is separate from clickspace.'s management fee. Late payments may result in pause of services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to ad accounts and assets, and approvals required to launch and manage campaigns. Delays caused by the client may impact campaign performance and timelines.
While we use proven strategies and best practices, advertising results vary based on market conditions, competition, budgets, creative, and other factors. clickspace. does not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS, or conversion outcomes except where explicitly stated in a written guarantee.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of clickspace. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Campaign assets created for clients become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.
Both parties agree to keep proprietary and confidential information shared during the engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms in the signed service agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, clickspace. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
